若い人が羊羹に関心が薄いと感じていたので、ポップな印象の器を考えました。
羊羹の形態や色をミニマルな図形と捉え、単純かつ大胆な構成をぶつけてみました。
どこか可愛さを感じる羊羹に愛を込めて、うつわの銘を「For KAWAII YOKAN」としました。
For KAWAII YOKAN
The younger generations are not as interested in yokan, so I decided to make a more eye-
catching plate. I captured yokan’s shape and colour minimally, creating a simple and bold
design. The plate is shaped circularly and the colour of the plate contrasts the dark colour
of the yokan. For such an adorable form of yokan, I named this plate “For KAWAII
YOKAN”.
